8oztomato paste
½teaspoon eachdried OR fresh basil oregano, and garlic powder

⅓cupcashews
2tbspnutritional yeast
¼teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425﮲ F.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add olive oil, onions, and peppers. Season with basil, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Sauté for 5minutes, add mushrooms and cook for 5-10 minutes until soft.
Prepare the sauce by adding all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine. Set aside.
Prepare the parmesan cheese by mixing all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Assemble pizzas. Add sauce on top of the pita bread. Add the sautéed vegetables and top each with desired amount of cheese. Transfer pizzas to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place baking sheet on the middle rack in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
