1cgreen beans
¼tspminced garlic
¼tspsalt
2TBSPdried cranberries
2TBSPsliced almonds
¼cred onions
⅛oz.of orange or lemon juice
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Steam green beans at medium high heat for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
Add green beans, red onion and salt; cook and stir until tender, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook another two minutes.
Add almonds and cranberries; toss lightly to combine.
Pour orange or lemon juice over the green beans and season with the pepper. Continue to combine. Green beans should be tender. Be careful not to overcook.
