½cupMaple SyrupHoney, Agave or Brown Sugar will work
¼cupVegetable Oil
2tspVanilla Extract
½tspBaking Powder
⅔cupChocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 pan. Optional: sprinkle extra chips on top.
Bake the black bean brownies for 15-18 minutes, Let cool at least 10 minutes before cutting. If they look a bit undercooked, you can place them in the fridge overnight and they will magically firm up.
Notes
