East Point Health Center Change Location
Welcome to our East Point Health Center
At the East Point Health Center, we specialize in preventative care for all ages to help you stay healthy. And offer on-demand video visits when you are sick so you can feel better fast.
If you have a chronic condition – like diabetes or high blood pressure – we’ll help you set healthy goals and meet them.
We do it by surrounding you with care. Your doctor, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, therapists, and others working together for you. We run tests using our onsite lab and X-ray equipment. And our onsite pharmacy can fill your prescriptions. That means we can serve you whether you need a routine exam, care for allergies or chronic conditions, or treatment for aches and pains.
We have a long history of caring for the health of the community. And we’re adding services to meet the changing needs of our patients and their families.
