Grady pharmacies are here to fill prescriptions from Grady providers. We also provide over-the-counter medications. Just ask when you pick up your medications.

• Request a Refill: You can request refills via phone or MyChart. We’ll let you know when they are ready to pick up.
  • By Phone: Call the phone number on your prescription label – you’ll need the 9-digit prescription number, too! It’s all on the label.
  • By MyChart: Login to MyChart and tap the Medications icon. Your Grady medications are listed there. Then, tap Request Refill.
• Drop off and Wait: You can drop off your prescriptions and wait while we fill them.
• When Refills Run Out: We know running out of medications can be frustrating. We can help renew your prescription, but we must check with your doctor first. Here’s where using MyChart can be helpful. We can automatically route the request to your provider, and you’ll be notified by text when the medication is ready. You might also receive a call from your provider to discuss.
