Amy Hamilton is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with extensive training and practice hours in cardiovascular and rehab/internal medicine. After relocating to Atlanta in 2021, she chose Grady as a practice location for its community focus and emphasis on closing the gap in healthcare disparities. Amy served as APP on the Heart Failure Service for three years at Grady before joining the inpatient Emory Trauma-Orthopedic surgery team. Amy is a Tennessee transplant, where she previously earned degrees from the University of Tennessee and worked with UT Medical Center and its affiliates.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with family, cheering on the VOLS, and trying to be good at tennis.
