Advice Nurse

The Advice Nurse Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and helps patients access the healthcare services they need. The center is staffed by specially trained registered nurses. Doctors are also on call around the clock to support the advice nurses. Please call (404) 616-0600 or 1-800-447-6032 to speak to an advice nurse.

Customer Service

Grady Customer Service helps patients understand their rights and responsibilities. This department handles issues or complaints that affect patient care and satisfaction, including patient concerns, medication refills, language interpretive services, and billing issues.

Translation services are provided for patients who do not speak English, as well as those who are hearing impaired.

Qualified interpreters and translators to promote effective communication with persons whose preferred language is other than English or who are deaf. These services are available 24 hours a day; seven days a week at no charge. Please let your healthcare provider know if you require this service.

Any individual who has concerns about the safety or quality of care provided at Grady Health System is encouraged to contact the health center, clinic, specialty or department directly.
