The Department of Oral Surgery provides expert clinical care for:

• Single/Mutiple Tooth Extractions 
• Maxillofacial Surgery 
• Broken Jaws
• Face Trauma
• Dental Infections
• Oral Pathology
• Moderate Sedation

Hours:
The Oral Surgery Clinic is open during the following hours:

Monday 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday CLINIC IS CLOSED
Wednesday 8 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday 1 pm – 4:30 pm
Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm

New patients are seen on Monday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and Wednesday from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Appointments:

Referrals

Patient must be seen by their Primary Care Doctor and obtain a referral prior to seeing an oral surgeon. That referral may be faxed to Central Scheduling at (404) 616-0787.

New Patient

If you have never been seen in Oral Surgery Clinic or haven’t been seen within the last year: Contact Central Scheduling at (404) 616-5800 three-business days after you have a referral to schedule your appointment.

Existing Patient

Please call the clinic directly at (404) 616-4473. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care.

Making an Appointment

Please bring these things with you:

• Your appointment slip, your insurance card and identification
• All of your medicine bottles
• Any papers or records from other doctors
• Any questions you have for your doctor. It is a good idea to write your questions down before you come.

Some same-day appointments are available. However, we recommend you call first.

Parking Info

Parking (Butler Parking Deck) is on Jesse Hill Jr. Drive and is attached to McDonalds. This is the only parking available in the area and is reserved exclusively for the Grady Health System campus. Click here for directions.

Parking costs $1 for each 20 minutes; up to a maximum of $5 per day.
